When I first started thinking of refinancing my home PennyMac was not on my list of potential providers. After speaking it over with my wife we decided to see if PennyMac could compete. I was connected to Braxton Bearden who told me about the match or beat option PennyMac offers. Braxton was extremely competent in his field and really made everything run seamlessly. We worked very closely with Christopher, and then suddenly we got communications from Carmelita’s without warning. It would’ve helped to have a handoff to her. Also, a couple of times I called her and she requested documents for me and I had emailed her the information and she responded “I haven’t gotten them I didn’t check my email yet”.
