Everything went smoothly and quickly. We did not need a lot of. paperwork as we are Penny Mac clients already.
Tom did a great job of working through the numbers and everyone did a fine job after that
I wish I had gone with another lender. Loan amount incorrect. Loan amount. Numbers not matching in documents. Closing documents incorrect had to resign. A total screw up. If I refi again not here. And no cash. Simple. Stupid people. They should work at a laundry mat and not a financial institution. Awful
I believe Pennymac could have given us a lower interest rate hence the reason I did not provide a 10 when asked if I would refer Pennymac to friends. Otherwise, process was easy and staff were professional.
