Hi, what would have been better if you would not have ask for the same documentation over and over, not only that but been more accurate concerning the processing department.
Although I was appreciative of my loan officers knowledge and willingness to help, the role between he and the "loan specialist" was never defined, and thus when I called and tried to reach Ms. Merritt, I either received someone else or even her herself who did not know as much as the loan officer did. This led to questions with no answers on Ms. Merritt's part. Request better overall coordination between loan officer and associate and delineation of the roles with the customer.
Mykela Gavin was very attentive to my questions and concerns. We had a few hiccups during process but she was on top of issue and kept me updated on progress of loan.
I didn't feel like I got the "Personal" touch. I was not informed of the status of my loan as it was going through the process. I should have received calls instead of emails every once in a while. I felt left out of the loop during the whole process, disappointing.

Loan officer who started the process was clear, concise and informed us about what steps needed to be taken to begin the application and what we could expect about our from the information that he was given. Communication was great and informative with each step. Contacts were courteous polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of our loan. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase or refinance. They will make the process easy and stress free.
