Communication delays and lack of back up service. We Requested for emails to be followed with phone or text in order to alert us to additional requests from PennyMac, as well as confirmation of receipt of documents sent. This wasn’t done. Over 5 to 6 week period, 4 separate people called or emailed us, to the point where we didn’t know whom we were working with.
The entire process was quick easy to complete.
Very fast and painless.
It was quick and required very little digging on my part! I did have a few issues with the Document site but it got done! I also stated several times to Sara and Terrell that my property tax documents were incorrect and it never got fixed! My old mortgage had changed my Tax documents in accordance with my 2020 Anoka County records but it was never transferred to my new mortgage so now I have to try to have it done again myself through PennyMac! Y'all need to get on same sheet of music!

Step by step communications from all reps. Flexible with my communications, email, phone calls, etc. Sometimes I didn't catch the phone calls, and would call back later. They were right there to help me keep on task. Were very courteous. Thanks for your helping me save in payments and help my cash flow.
