Over all great, toke a little long to close but great rate and closing cost
Quick and easy process.
During this process every question I had was promptly answered.
The process went very smoothly.
The loan closing documents were inaccurate, they showed that my first payment was due 3 days after closing. I was, however, impressed by the way PennyMac corrected the issue.
Being able to refinance within the same company made it so much easier. We didn't have to pay a huge closing cost. The paralegal came to our home to sign the documents.

I didn't have any high expectations in that PMac knew me as a customer and had all my information. This just made the process more streamlined without any hiccups.
