Everyone was very accessible and Charles was very good. The only problem I had was the documents weren't available to my notary. They were sent, but something happened on there side of things. Also there wasn't supposed to be any money down and they had to adjust that paperwork, but it was done very easily.
Very simple I did not have to do anything Pennymac took care of everything.
Only had 1 bad issue throughout entire process. Of course the issue is resolved since I got best rate it seems, aside from everything working out. To the issue, I was told my gift would have to be sourced by simply providing a withdrawal & deposit slip from my father. As gift & gift letter were considered, underwriter's needed more, which made situation tense as we could've lost home long story short. Better possible expectations would've been nice as that process was explained very generically.

The process with PennyMac was the quickest and easiest Mortage refinance my husband and I have done. There was zero stress through the entire process. Whenever we called we received an answer there is never a wait for a call back. Everyone we dealt with was personal and nice. We are PennyMac customers for life.
