I did a cash out refinace but only got a partial wire transfer....All because of a mistake and now have to wait 22 days for it to be corrected...Why should I be inconvienced for the mistake of others???

Very easy process and it was done in a timely manner
The loan folks were very professional. The valuation/appraisal process was quite another story. It was very unprofessional and would be the only reason I would have to not go with Penny Mac at another time.
