Brandon and DeBorah were great, super friendly and very attentive. This process was stress free.
Deny kept us informed of the process and changes in final closing costs due from us at closing.
Our needs were met with friendliness and accuracy.
Everything was communicated accurately & timely throughout the entire process.

The whole process overall was good, Some aspects could be improved. It did not seem like there was good communication between the processing and the follow up. I was being told my process was complete and up to date and the next moment I'm being asked more docs. It just was not very clear at times.
The process was fine. There was more technology/telecommunication involved then actually speaking with someone. I guess that is a convenience thing, but I prefer to speak to people instead of communicating via emails.
Everything was good
Had issues with APR rate and loan origination percentage. Had to go back and forth with loan officer
