Although I am completing this survey for DESTINI SCHRODER I am unsure if my unpleasant experience was solely due to my interactions with DESTINI SCHRODER. My experience with Pennymac was 100% positive. The employees that managed my loan were very professional and what they told me was exactly what happened. I could not have asked for more.

Grace Sparks was outstanding in every aspect and at every step throughout the loan process. She called me regularly to provide updates so I always knew where we were in the process. This is the second mortgage that I have had with PennyMac; their service is outstanding. As for Grace Sparks I would highly recommend that anyone starting to shop a mortgage to seek out Grace to lead you through the process.

Ammie Mack was awesome because every time I called and talk to a member of her team about a question I have, she would called back and made sure I got the right answer and if I need anything else.
