I expressed my feelings to her supervisor a few days later. When I was upset with her poor aritude I asked to speak to her boss but she never got her to come on phone nor gave her the message. I had to call in two days later
Documents posted incredibly fast online for review, with an email to alert a task is waiting (handy!) Andy worked on our behalf; if something actually did slow down, we were contacted...he didn't wait for us to get frustrated. Excellent communication, and overall good experience. Thanks!
