Easy to get ahold and talk to anyone. Anytime Rosario wasn't available, someone else was there to help me out.
The process required entirely too much coordination on my part between the closing company and PannyMac. The documents PennyMac provided rounded to the nearest dollar but the 1031 exchange company and the closing g company required the amounts to the penny so they did not reconcile and had to be redone at the last minute.
Great experience. Fast and she came to us.
