I'm now on my second mortgage with PennyMac and should I ever need another mortgage it will be from PennyMac. Best, easiest, customer oriented mortgage company I've dealt with.
I was disappointed no one explained the consolidation payout process to me. I had to call several times to get an update on that portion of the deal after the closing was complete. Everyone thing was smooth until now. I pay my bills on line for most part. So, have to track down creditors address, go post and get post and mail check to each is a pain. It took way too long, too many documents were requested more than once, we aren't very familiar with all the electronic ways of sending information, uploading, scanning (Then finding the scan on our computer), forwarding information, our best way to do that is by FAX or MAIL (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ETC.) and too many times the Fax wouldn't go through, we don't know if the problem was on our end, or your end. We received 10, Payoff Demand Statements, Jan. one, Feb. three, Mar. Two, Apr. one, Jun. three, and never got our question... read more
