The information that was given to me when this refinancing first started exceeded what I was expecting. I was going through emotional changes and after all was done and finished, I am happier than when I first purchased my home.
Great job! The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated was that we needed multiple forms of ID at our closing. Luckily we had what we needed.
Your site to review and sign documents is terrible. The issues with your webpage are to difficult to explain in an email. Late loan, repeatedly sent same documents and provided explanations, no follow up on direct communication (multiple times). The entire process caused undue stress on our Gamily in our current situation.
1. Loan was late. 2. I repeatedly explained the exceptions to some of the documents several times to multiple people which never got passed on to the underwriters. 3. Nicole never talked to me within a week of closing or followed up with me or even passed me off to someone if she couldn’t do her job. 4. I sent her my POA and then several days later asked if I was going to use a POA, and then on the day of closing, we had to deal with a whole process of verifying that my husband was alive and well. 5.
