We had very low communication, our loan officer was rarely available. Customer service was not good. This is not the first house we have purchased and regretted using a large bank rather than a local loan company this time.
I was very impressed with the whole process. This is my second loan with PennyMac. We are very happy with the service!
It was a little weird doing everything over the phone or on the computer.
Tyra Has been amazing through all of this experience I can’t say the same for issac and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend anyone to issac due to lack of communication and inexperienced when it comes to communication. But everyone else has been an amazing team
