The process required entirely too much coordination on my part between the closing company and PannyMac. The documents PennyMac provided rounded to the nearest dollar but the 1031 exchange company and the closing g company required the amounts to the penny so they did not reconcile and had to be redone at the last minute.
Great experience. Fast and she came to us.

This is the second time we have used PennyMac services and both times it was seamless.
I feel the closing process was very slow since I was already a customer of PennyMac and had made all of my payments in a timely manner. It was as if I kept getting the runaround. I was not happy having to send paperwork most of the time one item at a time instead of sending all needed information at one time. That seems to be a waste of time, perhaps you should give that thought.
