Better way to contact assigned loan officer. Loan officer need to respond to voice mail and email more often
I talked to too many people during the refi process. I started with Gabriel Mann, but ended up talking to several others who had to be brought up to speed with what Gabriel and I discussed.
My experience with PennyMac was excellent. From start to close, everything was clearly explained and accurate. Destini checked in with throughout the process to see if I had any questions.
