Liem and David were great. I'm glad David gave me a call to discuss our options. They both explained the details of the loan process and I received weekly updates from Liem. Aside from them, my wife and I were surprised at what our home was appraised for. We know the property is worth more but with the loan program it's truly understandable. Jessica raynor was the only bright spot during the process. I had four different loan processors. All failed to get back with me except jessica. Thank God she was assigned to my loan. I was about to go elsewhere.
The previous refinance experience was prolonged and poorly executed, except for the notary who worked with me at the end. By contrast. my experience with PennyMac was well executed and expeditious. Marcia Wiggins was ALWAYS on top of my loan documents, and performed flawlessly.
