If you had not changed loan officers in the last 2 weeks. Grace didn't do that much because the first one did all the work. Then there was a little confusion. Had you not changed loan officers I would have rated higher. I really don't know if Grace is excellent or not so it's unfair for me to be rating her.
Everything went well with user friendly process and clear communication
My experience with Cynthia Perez was terrific but when it was turned over to Rosario if all fell apart. Communication was not good. Emails went unanswered, the documents were wrong more than once and basic questions went unanswered. I finally figured it out myself but basically , Rosario was not good
The refinancing process with PennyMac was great from beginning to end. Each person that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful!
From the loan officer to the the person who preformed the closing everything was excellent. The appraiser I did not feel did a great job but outside of that everything was excellent.
Everyone I worked with was professional ...knowledgeable and helpful.
My expectations were met and the communication was clear.
I was kept informed what was going on. I really appreciated everything Jessica did for us.
