to expensive to refinance for an existing customer
Everything went as expected
I’m glad I refinanced with PM. This is my second consecutive mortgage loan with you. Connor Lori’s was excellent and Janet was diligent.
The process was chaotic from the start, with the processor Madison Brown saying that she "assumed we were going with another lender" when we called to ask about uploading documents to the portal to initiate the approval process. Then the same documents were requested on several occasions, even after they had been previously been submitted. The closing date had to be amended. Needless to say that this was a very stressful ordeal.
