I found out City taxes were left out of my closing documents and had not been paid. I paid far too much in closing costs for something like this to be acceptable.

Austin was difficult to reach, we received inaccurate information (that I as the customer was the only person who could request closing documents to be sent, but then we called back and were told that wasn't true), documents were requested multiple times on the same email chain that were already attached, closing date got pushed back because PennyMac thought they didn't have the documents when they actually did, etc.
