Maria Veliz and the Penny Mac team took us by the hand and lead us step by step through the refinance process.
During phone conversations, it would have been a better experience if the tone had been a bit more empathetic and less robotic. Someone that's looking to refinance most likely is going through a hardship and it helps to hear a friendly voice on the other side of the line. That's all.
