The entire process was smooth and easy, Ty was fantastic.
I started with Mrs Tamara who was kind and patient who guided me through the beginning of the process. Once my paperwork for the application was complete I was sent to Mr. Charles who called me every week sometimes twice to make sure I didn't have any questions and to explain what part of the process we were at and what came next.
