Tynisha was amazing. She was perfect and I loved working with her. It was Gevorg that was horrible and the underwriting team was trash. The procrsss was triple what it should have been. I was ready to close in April and ended up closing in May, I would never recommend pennymac to anyone else and I will change mortgage companies as soon as I can
