Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The loan team went above and beyond to make our refinance happen, and kept my husband and I in the loop every step of the way.

I have been a customer for 6 1/2 years and always feel the PennyMac team is helpful and genuine! Kudos to Gavin for starting off my loan and for Sandra getting everything done on time for us.
Clear communication and accuracy regarding loan documents. Timely communication, as there were multiple instances when I was told I would receive a returned call which did not occur.
.Joseph was great to work with. Always able to answer my questions. Dealing with the computer system to upload documents left much to be desired and kept asking for the same documents more than once.
