Smooth and seamless process. Couldn't have been easier.
This was our second time delaling with the company and each time we walked away feeling completely satisfied. No real buyers remorse or discomfort.
I was asked for the same documents so many times. At closing there was so much confusion on what was being paid and documents needed. My insurance was not handled properly so I had to get insurance on the home in a rush on the day of closing and my closing was late.

Assistance and communication was overall good during the experience. PennyMac does need to work on answering emails, no one answers emails but they all send them. It's inconsistent and can lead to a feeling of not being able to get in touch with the specific person you need to, when you need to during strict timelines.
Faiza did a great job of communicating. There were a few hiccups that were not her fault, but she was always willing to help me work through them. We worked together to get the chain of communication correct and everything ran smooth from there. I really appreciate Faiza's attention to detail. She has great communication skills.
