I called and explained my personal situation. Not only was I clearly given options, but I was able to feel comfortable enough to share my thought process while feeling like I was listened to. The representative was clear, well spoken, personable, and knowledgeable. She was actively listening while giving me clear options. Exactly what I needed in a time where I felt I was panicking! Thank you!
Our sales person, Greg, was in too much of a hurry to explain things and when he did, it wasn't even our information. We were to have $20k cash out at closing and all our documents showed we owed at closing. Chavaya didn't really know anything when I called to ask about it. He was pleasant enough, but not sure what roll he was playing in this process. It took 4 versions of the loan estimate documents to get it corrected. Elyccia was extremely helpful and professional, as well as friendly. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date on each stage of the loan process. Sometimes the phone connection was stuttering and hard to hear her, but I don't know if it was my connection or hers. Regardless I was able to figure out what she meant.
Some time was hard to contact t the team over the phone, everything else was great
