Very experienced, professional and helpful team guided me through the whole process to make it Very easy to refinance My previous mortgage.
My experience with Cynthia Perez was terrific but when it was turned over to Rosario if all fell apart. Communication was not good. Emails went unanswered, the documents were wrong more than once and basic questions went unanswered. I finally figured it out myself but basically , Rosario was not good
The refinancing process with PennyMac was great from beginning to end. Each person that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful!
From the loan officer to the the person who preformed the closing everything was excellent. The appraiser I did not feel did a great job but outside of that everything was excellent.
My rating is 5 stars, the process was timely.
It was hard to get a hold of Nicole. Emails were not always answered.
Cesar was very informative about my different options. He was prompt and quick to reply to my questions. He is a really great job!

at first, i had someone else and verily had contact with the first person then I found out they quit, and then Marcia became my contact and she did her job and kept me up to date on my loan and help me understand what I needed to do and how to get things I needed for the loan very professional and caring compassionate thing that I like.
