The front end of the loan process fir me was not pleasant at akl. The first loan officer that was assigned to me dud not communicate with me at all for weeks, and suddenly I would get a random email requesting documents with no explanation. I had given up on the process and decided to back out. Then I received a call from Latrice. She was pleasant, patient and explained the process to me.
