I don't think it should have cost as much as it did to take on the original mortgage, I definitely do not think I got the best deal. I also do not believe that it should cost what it did to refinance with the same company that already had the title and paperwork. I feel very ripped off but ultimately we are where we need to be. Brittany Jones and her associates were professional and efficient.
The experience that I had with PennyMac was incredible. They were prompt and communicative. They got back with me as expeditiously as possible and all my questions were answered. I definitely recommend them and I look forward to keeping them as my lender. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 Stars.
