Everybody was on top of it and the loan process closed on time as promised. :)
My original refinance offer was very disappointing. The closing costs were extremely high. However PennyMac made it right and I greatly appreciate that. Communication was hard at times, due to not being able to take phone calls during my work day, but it all worked out in the end.
Great service
Someone who was familiar with VA loans handled my loan, if communication was better, and it didn’t take over a month. I got everything in as requested and I feel the reasons it took so long was there wasn’t good communication and people experienced with how VA loans work as well as military. I have refinanced once and had 3 VA loans at other companies and never have they taken this long.
