I talked to a different person every time I called to get updates or information about my loan. This lead to miscommunication very many times. This made it hard to submit the proper information the first time.
Everything was great
If you had not changed loan officers in the last 2 weeks. Grace didn't do that much because the first one did all the work. Then there was a little confusion. Had you not changed loan officers I would have rated higher. I really don't know if Grace is excellent or not so it's unfair for me to be rating her.
Grace is a very nice person and I do not believe all the issues we had were here responsibility but up until a few hours before our close, the terms of the loan were incorrect. In fact I do not believe we ever received what we were quoted and told by DeWayne during our conversations. Admittedly this wasn't a standard loan or refi but time after time we had clearly explained and provided written correspondence to what we were quoted and told only to have incorrect numbers and information come out on the loan documents.
