Brianna Koke knew exactly what she was doing. She also had excellent knowledge of all the documents presented at closing and was able to not only describe what the documents were in detail, but was also able to answer all my questions on the details listed in the documents. She did an amazing job and made my whole closing process comfortable. I would hire and recommend Brianna Koke to my friends and family for any of their and my notary needs!!!

My experience with pennymac was awesome
I don't feel like this is a good representation of PennyMac. I think Sandra did a good job overall, there was some complications with the title company and a small mishap on PennyMac's side. Also, the electronic document control seemed to be hit or miss with notifications to the loan specialist. For example, we uploaded the repair pictures on May 18th, I emailed the 22nd saying they were uploaded to PennyMac, then I went ahead and emailed them directly to Sandra at a slightly later date because they were asked for again.
