Excellent process.
My experience was great.
PennyMac is great to work with and it’s a bonus that they continue to service your loan even after it’s been sold. This is my second mortgage with them and I will say their customer service and website is excellent compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past.
The process seemed to have went smoothly and was not difficult to complete. My questions were answered timely as well.
