Scammers for every dollar they can take you for. They will lie to your ear and there is no accountability. The head department they all answer isnt a place you can be transferred to so you either pay them or accrue additional charges. Extortion. My payments posted 6/23 and the payoff was good until the 26th. They didnt process anything until the 27th and I have to now pay another 800 to cover the payoff amount, on top of continued late fees and 0 grace after a house fire. was told I would be in forbearance, never happened. w... read more
