PENNYMAC has the worst customer service when it comes to contacting their insurance center. Despite receiving information on policy changes, PENNYMAC took no action on processing changes and payments until I called to inquire. This is the second time in less than a year that I have experienced issues with the insurance center. I think the representatives intentionally disconnect with customers to cut down on their call time and hold time. The insurance center is the only area where I experience problems.
