We did a refinance with pennymac. Everyone was so nice to GET us to refinance, then once we signed the paperwork they were no longer helpful. An automatic payment came through for our PREVIOUS loan, they were unwilling to refund it and actually said we had to wait atleast 20 days to get our money back and ordered us to do a stop payment with our bank, which my bank was no able to do. Our loan servicer William Manapat was also not willing to help. When refinancing our loan we were told by “Billy” that our October payment is ... read more

We didn’t know how to go about getting a loan. The loan officer was very helpful and personable. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. I had a question I emailed him . He answered immediately.
