Quick process quick closing
PennyMac did outstanding job. The inconvenience I had was with the seller. They were no providing the right document at the right time. Now, at home trying to have several things repair. I am a happy customer!
Jamie Wright was fantastic! I believe without his help I don't know when we would have closed. It seems like my loan got bounced around to a couple of people before Mr. Wright stepped in. That is my I said it was Ok.

The only person I worked with who did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing was Amy Vollemer. It is because of her that we kept our loan with pennymac. Everyone else was unprofessional and in my opinion not fit to be in their position.
