Mariela was great. I communicated more with her then the person getting credit for the loan.
We are very happy with the home loan process. It was easy, any questions we had they would answer, and advice us. After trying multiple times in the past with other lenders I can most definitely say this was the best experience, from pre-approval to closing, everything went smooth and stayed on schedule. We finally have a place to call our own. Thank you so much for the amazing team at Penny Mac we appreciate the hard work you guys did so we didn't have to worry at all.
