Lattice was very clear and responsive to all the questions we had. She stayed in constant communication and made the refinance process very easy. I would recommend her to anyone going through the refinance process.

Veronica was very nice and pleasant to speak with, every time we spoke on the phone was beneficial. I wish there had been more communication about what was needed from each document requested. I had to call in or email back questions many times, and often times send back documents more than once. Overall it was a positive experience as we were able to close the loan. Grace was both professional and personable. She was able to keep the process moving and answer all of my questions while being proactive in the process. I found all of the PennyMac personnel in the lending process to be very helpful and concise during the entirety of the lending/loan process.

As already Pennymac costumer I didn’t doubt it in get my second mortgage with them. My experience has been always great. I started the process of buying a new home since March 2021. The guy that did the veteran administration inspection messed up by saying on the application we needed a water test but Anna Chen straightened out that problem for the loan to go through smoothly. Thank you and kudos to Anna Chen!
