Brittany Jones was fantastic! She was always ready to answer any questions I had & if she wasn’t available right away, I just had to leave a message and she always got back to me Before she left for the day! Better communication, timely replies, actually being able to talk to elycia and Veronica. If the people who answered the phone actually knew the answer and/or took the time to get the correct answer.

Jon was great and communicative. I knew what was being requested and required but ran into issues with some of the signature pages but allowing e-signature. We closed on time (a day early in fact)! Everything went very smoothly and I will recommend to others!
