Yes from the beginning to the end they were helpful with educating mean on the loan and the breakdown of the loan there was one issue that that happened where I gave info I called the next day to make sure that it was entered information the lady that I talk to you the next day said she didn't see it she put me on hold for a little bit and she took care of it all make sure everything's was correct and done before she hung up with me which made me feel that she really was doing her job and making sure things are right and we ... read more
