I had to use 2 systems for documentation because one wasn't working right. I ended up uploading documents 2x or wasting time on multiple requests for provided docs. For a bit, I believe Veronica was out so that didn't help, but not about her.

more transparency during closing and accurate closing disclosures. Also, my loan officer Mutari Muhammad, although very knowledgeable, was sometimes arrogant and dismissive. I didn't like that. Giovana was very pleasant and awesome throughout the entire process. It is clear that she valued friendly customer service. Great job hiring her.

We have used PennyMac for our last two home purchases and would recommend them to our friends. De’Loria was easy to work with and was able to meet our very tight closing date for a newbuild home which was complicated by the builder slipping completion date. Great job.

Antonae was fine. When I started the closing costs were included, then they weren't (I caught this luckily). The interest rate was wrong (I caught this as well). The frequency of closing disclosures was way too high. And given the previous issues I felt I really needed to look at every single one. Since my existing loan that I was refinancing was with Penny Mac, I expected this process to be way less painless and simple.
