James Crowley did a fantastic job with communicating and getting what was needed for him to finish processing our loan. The other team members have made this process extremely difficult as my husband and I had to upload documents at least twice. The tasks that were asked of us in the end weren't all necessarily needed after the fact. It was difficult to even get past that the purchase agreement wasn't going to have all signatures due to a fully executed counter offer.
