The loan rate and terms could not be beat. Veronica was helpful and responsive but the size of Penny Mac makes it difficult to have an experience that feels personal.

Our granddaughter had to pay off her car loan because you wouldn’t accept her way of paying State Farm large amounts then having them take out monthly payments. Even after sending her bank statement proving the money came out of her account. That is just too rigid! Luckily she had the saving to pay it off or we wouldn’t have been able to get our refinance!
