The basically all electronic process is a bit confusing to us senior citizens of the world. Your agents could send an email and provide a bit of a walk thru what is about to come and provide a bit of instructiosn on waht oial and speel out whai is coming and waht needs to be processed. then you sometime ask for the same stuff more thn onceghu

The process for the most part was great except for when I was almost denied because of documentation I couldn't provide, but good thing I spoke with someone else other than Samijo, that was able to tell me to provide different documentation that helped me get approved.

much better communication among personnel in your various departments-the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! Pertinent info did not get forwarded along in the process, causing erroneous details in the closing disclosures, numerous duplicate requests for assets which caused need for first notary signing to be cancelled and rescheduled 10 days later.
