I think for me find the loan agent could have tried to looked into more ways to make the process of getting approve for a loan easier for a borrow would be great. it’s that underwriting review it’s a very very stressful part . if we can make that part smoother When someone start a process to get a loan it’s life changing. We all hope for something better in life. sometime when we calling for something we may not ask the right question or we are asking for something that not going to work us.
Everyone was extremely accurate, timely, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

To many request and multiple same requests for same documents downloading was really bad did not give place for explanation
Great communication with Evelyn. Questions were answered promptly. Mostly accurate however funding was delayed by three days but Evelyn handled that very well.
Everything went well with the loan process. The best experience was when they tried to reach my husband even if he’s in far away island they will absolutely send someone for notary out there. That’s amazing! Process is so fast and the outcome is excellent. Ms Linda Horne who gave her best shot to make this process the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you. I will absolutely recommend PENNYMAC to my friends and family.

I appreciate the assistance but the refinance took much longer than expected. Had two appraisals with large margin numbers. Nonetheless I like that they took the extra time to take care of my concerns.
