I started the loan in January and didn’t close until late April. For someone with a 815 credit score and $260k in equity and also currently have my existing loan with Penny Mac. I had to jump through a lot of hoops and had to deal with a drawn out process just to get a 50k cash out. I have never experienced such a unprofessional process. If this is how PennyMac does business. I will not be recommending PennyMac to anyone.

The title company was not accurate with the information and further more; I lost 4 days back and forth trying to get the money refunded to the bank in order for me to pay off one of my mortgages. I lost 4 days of my vacation with valuable time that i did not spent with part of my family. I do not want to use the title company ever again; but i will say that the lawyers did there part' after that it was very disappointing on how they gave out inaccurate information. Very hard to get ahold of. We would email things to her and get many requests for the same thing. She would wait till the last minute to ask for things.
