Better communication, listening to my issues. The Escrow account is totally screwed up causing me to have to pay and additional $700.00 per month. Talking to them was like talking to the wall. I had a great experience with PENNYMAC prior to this house purchase. It has been very disappointing and I think I might have been better served using the builders mortgage company.

My closing got changed because some pay numbers did not macth ang the paperwork did not come on time for closeing. I know things can happen. Over all things worked out fine

Make sure you have agents available in the requested availability time, set clear expectations and follow through on calls and communication. Have a better level of customer service when errors are made. Have agents not over talk customers.
