Communicating was just off.. I chose pennymac to make things easier and it was the opposite. I would go days with no update or response to my emails. I could have went to a local broker and received way better service.. Nancy was nice , but felt like she didn't help with certain concerns through the loan process or communicate for days at a time
Ericka was on top of everything, kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions and was personable.
Not happy having to do it but it was helpful to have it be fairly quick and painless.
