Please don't ask for documents twice, makes me thing you messed something up. Also, if someone says they are on vacation for a certain amount of time, please adhere to that person's request and font contact them during their vacation time.
All personnel were great to work with due to their serious interest to meet my needs, explain in detail the process and expedite the loan.

This has been a great experience. You guys made what would normally be stressful situation such an easy process.
