Less calls Call and say what needs to be done for the week not 3 calls a week . The verifying at the beginning of the phone call is tedious even if you ask to speak with a specific loan officer it’s a verification and then the loan officer needs to verify you again,I am very busy and sometimes it’s stressful.
staying with the same lender makes the process a breeze. was told i would receive a a call when funds were disbursed, however checked the bank and the funds had been deposited, thank you again for working with me.
I was able to get help even when im deployed right and everything was done on time

The basically all electronic process is a bit confusing to us senior citizens of the world. Your agents could send an email and provide a bit of a walk thru what is about to come and provide a bit of instructiosn on waht oial and speel out whai is coming and waht needs to be processed. then you sometime ask for the same stuff more thn onceghu
much better communication among personnel in your various departments-the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! Pertinent info did not get forwarded along in the process, causing erroneous details in the closing disclosures, numerous duplicate requests for assets which caused need for first notary signing to be cancelled and rescheduled 10 days later. There was some confusion over the status of the application and the types of documents needed. But the overall experience was good. The other agents were also helpful.
