The process was straightforward and everyone I spoke with handled my self-employment well for income purposes.
The service was great and Claudia was very pleasant and informative through the whole process.
Have 1 single point of contact handling my loan, not a bunch of people shuffling multiple loans. Every time I called, someone new, who first has to familiarize themselves with all the information in my loan. Worthless and time consuming. Explaining stuff over and over. So many repeats! The communication was always there which made the whole process easy.
Good service. Communication was a little confusing at times with what your supposed to do and some times it was like a hurry up and wait situation. Overall I’ve used PennyMac for years and have never had a problem. I should get a gift basket for being a loyal customer lol.
