There were Multiple requests to sign the closing disclosure which had incorrect payouts. I would not sign because these same docs were sent each time; I believe 7 times, finally Renee Geikler sent an updated copy and the next day Savanna Palmer notified me that the correct Document was now complete and that we could just sign on closing Day which we did and are now closed
My experience with PennyMac was exceptional. They offered me the lowest interest rate and there customer service was great.
Personnel were professional and understanding. Great job team.
