I had a great experience. Everything was throughly communicated and properly taken care of.
Nancy was a great contact to work with. My lower ratings had more to do with the title company and their document communication with Pennymac. Specifically the HELOC subordination process, which took longer than it should have with the required forms from the current HELOC provider. Everything that Mancy was involved in was handled professionallly and expeditiously.
Happy customer, from my perspective all went well.
