Deon was always pleasant and understanding over the phone. He was quick with his responses by phone and email. His explanations of the process was clear and always answered my questions and concerns effectively.

Speed and ease of uploading documents, communicating with both loan associates, and setting the expectation for the entire process.
Everyone and especially Michelle were always helpful and knew what was needed which made the process easier and pleasant.
