Good experience
We found the process to be thorough and straightforward. It proceeded as planned and all those that assisted were very professional and prompt.
My closing was delayed because the underwriter was asking for documents I had already provided. Extra documents were requested the night before closing Jamie was very helpful. Aaron was difficult to reach and did not respond to emails. The funding amount was short by $800 so the builder did not release the keys until the evening. The experience was pleasant until the day leading to closing

Other lenders had rejected us and PennyMac helped us and worked with us. Our loan officer was always available to answer any questions and really helped and pushed to get us the best loan that would work with us.
When I started the process I was under the assumption that my closing was going to be a little be cheaper than what it was but was overall and ok experience but is always stressful to deal with
