Everyone involved where so helpful and kind.
Expected not to pay closing fee. Was told that I wouldn't need to. Contacted me the Friday before my Monday signing date that the forms sent in were inaccurate and the title company required a closing fee.
The service - i.e., the process, communication, understanding the documents and the turn around was smooth and effective.
And why send us all the literature on lower rates and equity loans and other ways of saving money, AFTER we started the refi process? Then it’s too late!!😞
