From Callie to Patrick and Nancy with the title company, they are absolutely the best in the business! I have but one reservation. During my first closing , Pennymac called Nancy (with the title company ) while my witness and I were signing the documents. Apparently my deceased wife’s name was never taken off the title which I had requested. Pennymac did remove her name from the loan and made me solely responsible per my request. I had a great experience with the Macteam. I started with Jake and then Marcia took from there and got my loan closed quickly. What made it great was that you guys basically answered my questions and made it very clear so on and so forth.
Communication between the departments could be better as I had two point of contacts. It also appears people are overworked. The same documents were requested multiple times when it was already provided.
The whole experience was very easy and well organized. I appreciated that the notary was able to come to our house on a Saturday to complete the closing. We are very satisfied.
