His communication was amazing, and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was very satisfied with the process .
Not getting requested multiple times for same documents. Additionally have option on the website to upload additional documents that might be needed. I knew I would need to upload some later that I did not get request for right away and couldn't upload them.
