Communication repetitive request for same info or say we need to sign things that were signed I understand alot Penny Mac already has part of why I went with them. I could of jumped through all the hoops with some one else for a better rate but I thought would go easier cause you already had everything. Believe me it won't happen again
The whole refinance procedure went very smooth. Updates and/or request were all presented & requested in a timely manner, so no surprises were expected in the end.
