The entire process was a blackbox with where we were at in the process. Initially, I talked to Michael who explained the entire process and we went over the numbers. It was clear to proceed but then I was in a dark period for MONTHS that extended beyond the rate-lock. I am grateful that we kept the rate but I was asked for documents that did not exist for over a month until a human actually made the changes I had requested a handful of times. Ashton was great and I appreciate that she was my single point of contact with closing this loan. Unfortunately, since this was a reapplication due to delays in closing in Q4 of 2021, I was bounced to a few POC's before Ashton took over. I appreciate her closing the loop. Any inaccuracies were due to the previous Pennymac team members.
