Great satisfying
I loved how all my questions were answered and if I didn't understand something, they took the time to explain it and made sure that I understood completely. Everyone I spoke with during the entire process was very nice and helpful. There was a bit of miscommunication where one person asked for something but another one had already satisfied the request, but all in all, a very pleasant experience.
Letting us know all expectations up front and ahead of time, such as inspections, water testing, appraisal and anything that might have increased our homes value. Also having enough time for repairs or requests following the appraisal. We were rushed to complete those things.
