Everyone was very pleasant n knowledgeable
Tyra was excellent on her part of service but the other responsibilities of the loan officer was poor. Everything that was asked for me, I provided and sent as soon as possible and when it comes to notifying us regarding a changed in closing not communicated until the notary person called and let us know. Anyway, all I can say is that, Tyra was very good on her job responsibilities . To all loan team, you guys need to be on top of your game and communication is very important.
Initially I contacted the various reps via text…to numbers I had been called on. Eventually I figured out that their numbers are not mobiles…land lines do not rcv texts….communications were much better after this discovery.
Not getting requested multiple times for same documents. Additionally have option on the website to upload additional documents that might be needed. I knew I would need to upload some later that I did not get request for right away and couldn't upload them.
