Was asking for the same document over and over change the loan amount without telling me give me a closing date but didn’t go over closing documents my wife call back asking questions that’s how I new the loan amount was changed. Told him I didn’t ask for that amount and then they ask for the same documents again and still refuse to change the loan amount back and want me to take what they change it to.But finally it was over after new loan officer went over documents and had to send over again the same documents before they... read more

Communication emails and online methods did not work well. I am not angry at all but it did not go smooth. Everyone was very friendly but process was not efficient IMO.
